Webinar confirmation emails with calendar invite (if live) and access link are sent from info@asaporg.com shortly after registration is completed (by either filling out an information form or completing a checkout).
Note: We cannot resend your initial confirmation email to you if you did not receive it, but we can help you troubleshoot so that you can receive the reminders emails that are sent the day before the webinar and the day of.
Here are some troubleshooting tips:
- Check your order confirmation instead: If you received your order confirmation email from info@mg.asaporg.com, this email will have the webinar access link as well. You can manually block your calendar and use this link to access.
- Check spam: The email may have been filtered as junk!
- Add us as safe-sender: This will help ensure deliverability of future reminders. Add info@asaporg.com to your safe senders list.
- Check in with IT: Your company's IT settings may have filtered the email. Be sure to check any email quarantine that they have set up or contact them directly for help receiving these emails.
- Re-subscribe to our emails: If you unsubscribed from our email list, you will not receive your confirmation emails. You can re-subscribe to our emails here and wait for a reminder email.
If you still are not able to find your original confirmation email and have not received any reminders, contact ASAP before the scheduled start time of the webinar, and we can work with the webinar team to get you access.
