Webinars: You can download a webinar certificate from My Account >My Webinars by clicking the "Certificate of Attendance" button.
Courses: You'll receive a certificate of completion after the last session via email and you can download a certificate from My Account >My Webinars. The certificate button will be on the last session of the course.
