Here's some options to troubleshoot login issues:
- Double-check your username: Your username is the email with which you originally signed up on ASAPorg.com. You will not be able to log in with a different email address or request a password reset to any other email than the one that is your username. (Please note: If you want a different username, you can change it under My Account > User Details when you login.) Contact ASAP Customer Service for assistance with changing your username if you won't be able to change it yourself.
- Reset your password: If you are using the correct email to login, you can request a password reset here: www.asaporg.com/password/reset. A login link (that will expire after one use) will be emailed to you from info@mg.asaporg.com (check your spam folder if you do not receive it -- you will also not receive an email if we do not have an account on ASAPorg.com under that email address)
- Multiple accounts: Is it possible that you have multiple accounts on ASAPorg.com? Have you signed up for different products with different emails in the past? Contact ASAP Customer Service can help you consolidate accounts.
