You will not be able to see any of your peers during the live sessions, only the presenter and their slide deck. Our facilitators will also not be able to see you; however, ASAP does have team members that work behind the scenes to answer any questions or concerns you may have live, using the chat box feature. Because of the large amount of attendees we typically have in each session, this ensures that there are no vocal, visual, or text-based distractions for you or for the trainer in delivering high-quality training to you in the time allotted.
The trainers generally present a slide deck throughout the duration of each session; however, they may periodically stop throughout to answer any questions that have been submitted in the chat box. Additionally, trainers regularly implement live features, including polling, to gauge their audiences and get them involved. In each live session, there will be approximately 15 minutes of Q&A time, usually at the end of the session. For those who register for courses and workshops, there will also be a private community space on the ASAP Circle for you and your peers. This will give you the opportunity to interact with the trainer and other attendees throughout the course or workshop and ask further questions outside the live recording times. Please note: Private Circle community spaces are not applicable to webinars.
